Parse every CV with cited evidence, then run a short adaptive AI video screening call with every applicant.
Every CV parsed, matched, and marked up before you invite
Every CV, PDF, DOCX, scanned, pasted into an email, is parsed into a structured profile and matched against your role's requirements: confirmed, unconfirmed, or missing entirely, each with the line from the CV behind it. What the CV cannot answer becomes the first thing the interview asks.

Adaptive AI video screening calls with every candidate you invite
Sarah, our AI screener, runs a short live video screening call with the candidates you invite: your custom question set on right-to-work, salary, certifications, experience, or whatever the role calls for, with intelligent follow-ups whenever an answer needs depth. What lands on your dashboard is a verdict per requirement with the candidate's own words underneath it, plus the full recording and transcript. Nothing is inferred from the CV, and a human still makes the decision.
Full breakdownEvery applicant gets a real conversation, adaptive, role-calibrated, with integrity checks running in the background.
Adaptive AI video interviews, at any volume
Every applicant gets a real video conversation with Sarah, role-aware questions, intelligent follow-ups whenever an answer is vague, and a recruiter-grade probe into anything that needs depth. Thousands of interviews run in parallel; the funnel never bottlenecks on recruiter time.

Set the requirements, and Ployo writes the questions
Mark what has to be true for the role and what is merely nice to have. Ployo turns that into the question set, and rewrites a question live when a candidate answers sideways. Every candidate is measured against the same requirements, every time.

Interview integrity, reviewable on the recording
Every interview is recorded on video and chaptered by requirement, so nothing is asserted that you cannot go and watch. Tab-switching, multiple people in frame, lip-sync mismatches and answers that read as AI-generated are timestamped on that recording, and your team decides what counts.
