CV parsing for every format
PDF, DOCX, scanned image, text pasted into the body of an email, Ployo extracts skills, experience, education, certifications, dates, and disqualifier signals. No template requirements, no broken imports. Even messy hiring-manager-forwarded CVs in tables parse cleanly.
Requirements matching with cited evidence
Compare every CV against your role's requirements and preferences. Each match comes with the exact line from the CV in italic monospace, never trust a black-box score. Surface the right candidates immediately and skip keyword-only ATS guesswork.
Structured profile, ready for review
Years of experience, top skills, education, location, certifications, work history, auto-extracted and ready in the recruiter dashboard within seconds of upload. Searchable across the entire pipeline.
Catch what keyword filters miss
Traditional ATS keyword filtering rejects candidates who phrase things differently. Ployo's match engine understands semantics: "React/TypeScript dashboard" matches "built admin UI in React with TypeScript". Strong candidates with non-traditional CV writing stop getting auto-rejected.

Ployo handles them better than ATS keyword filters. The match engine reads semantics, not keywords, a candidate who built "admin tooling in React + TypeScript" matches a "React/TypeScript dashboard" requirement. Strong candidates with unusual CV formatting stop getting auto-rejected.
That's the point of cited evidence. Every requirement match shows the exact CV line that justified it. If the line doesn't justify the match, you reject the match with one click. The ATS-keyword-roulette problem is structurally solved.
Frequently asked
What CV formats does Ployo accept?
PDF (incl. scanned), DOCX, plain text, RTF, and text pasted directly into an application form. Ployo also extracts CVs that are embedded as tables in DOCX files (a common failure mode of other parsers).
How accurate is the parsing?
Above 95% on the core fields (name, role history, skills, education, contact) across diverse CV formats in pilots. Non-extracted fields are flagged so recruiters can fill in manually.
Does it handle multilingual CVs?
Yes. Ployo parses CVs in 23 languages and matches against requirements written in any language (e.g. an English JD matched against a Spanish CV).
What happens after parsing, does the candidate get an invite automatically?
It depends on your workflow. Parsing + requirement match always runs first, and any deal-breakers that fail outright on the CV are flagged before invite. How invites then go out, manual click-to-invite from the leaderboard, auto-dispatch on resume parse, threshold-based dispatch, or any custom rule, is configured per role with you during onboarding to match how your team hires.
